HOSA Canada Membership And Resource System

Registration for our 2026 Spring Leadership Conference (SLC) has reached full capacity and is now closed.

To ensure students can still engage with HOSA Canada programming and prepare for next year, we have introduced a NEW Virtual Membership, available to all interested students. You can learn more by clicking here and navigating to the ‘Virtual Membership’ tab. Details of our Virtual Conference, available with this membership, can be found here under the ‘Secondary Virtual Conference’ tab. 

Chapter Presidents and Advisors can use this platform to add and manage their students. Students can use this platform to access event resources, select teammates, and access workshop recordings. 


HOSA Canada is a non-political student-led organization, fully operational and focused on supporting Canadian students at national and international competitions. If you have any questions regarding the implementation of a chapter at the school level, please contact us directly at info@hosacanada.org.

The membership system lets chapter management teams:

  • Add and remove students from their chapter
  • Track members’ progress in competitive events courses

Registration workflow for the chapter:

  1. Register an account following the instructions HERE
  2. Add members manually or via CSV import
  3. Members purchase their membership individually (see the tab below for resource access)
  4. Add or remove members throughout the year

Registration workflow for the student:

  1. Wait for your chapter to add you. You will receive a notification at the email you provided.
  2. Complete registration of your member account following the instructions HERE.
  3. With an account, go HERE to purchase your membership.
  4. Access your resources HERE.

This year, registered students can access resources for all competitive events. Additionally, recordings of seminars will be posted in a separate course.
